About Kachnar

Planting a mature Kachnar
Dig a pit twice as wide as the root ball. Set the tree with the top of the root ball level with the ground, backfill with soil and well-rotted manure, then stake against wind.
Care after planting
Water twice a week for the first three months. Apply a balanced NPK and organic manure before the monsoon. Prune lightly after flowering to shape the canopy.
